big-cursor software package provides larger mouse cursors for X, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install big-cursor
big-cursor is installed in your system.
Make ensure the big-cursor package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep big-cursor *
You will get with big-cursor package name, version, architecture and description in a table
